Come up at A. Hold the thread to the left of the needle and go down at B and up at C.

Go in at A and come out at D. Keep the working thread under the point of the needle.

Go in at B again, and come out at E. Hold the working thread to the left and under the point of the needle.

Go in at D again, and come out at F. Keep the working thread under the point of the needle.

Go to the reverse at F to complete the stitch.
