Bring needle out at A. Insert the needle at B above and to the right of A and come out at C.

Loop the working thread counterclockwise. Slip the needle under AB from left to right. Keep the working thread under the needle, drawing up the thread to form a knot.

Insert the needle at D below and to the right of AB and bring it out at E above and to the left of D.

Loop the working thread clockwise. Slip the needle under CD left to right, keeping the working thread under the needle. Pull up to form a knot.

Repeat from Step 1.
